Perchè ci interessa
La misura intende restituire alla collettività un numero significativo di beni confiscati per fini di sviluppo economico e sociale (inclusa la creazione di posti di lavoro), nonché come presidi di legalità a sostegno di un’economia più trasparente e del contrasto al fenomeno della criminalità organizzata.

L’Avviso per la presentazione delle proposte e il decreto di approvazione degli enti ammessi a finanziamento sono stati già pubblicati. Pertanto non vi sono spazi per suggerire miglioramenti.
Cosa può fare un ets
L’Ets può condividere con la pubblica amministrazione interessata l’individuazione dei percorsi e delle iniziative da intraprendere, la coprogrammazione e la realizzazione degli interventi volti a realizzare la Misura.

Con il decreto del Direttore Generale dell’Agenzia per la coesione territoriale del 19 dicembre 2022, n. 473 sono stati ammessi a finanziamento 242 progetti sui 528 pervenuti, per un valore di 249,5 milioni di euro, mentre 165 sono quelli ritenuti idonei.
