Perchè ci interessa
La Misura interessa in quanto ha l’obiettivo di definire un sistema nazionale di certificazione della parità di genere che accompagni e incentivi le imprese ad adottare policy adeguate a ridurre il gap di genere in tutte le aree maggiormente critiche (opportunità di crescita in azienda, parità salariale a parità di mansioni, politiche di gestione delle differenze di genere, tutela della maternità).

Il provvedimento è già stato adottato e non è più possibile suggerire miglioramenti.
Cosa può fare un ets
L’Ets può condividere con la pubblica amministrazione interessata l’individuazione dei percorsi e delle iniziative da intraprendere e degli strumenti da utilizzare, la programmazione e la realizzazione degli interventi.
Come sta andando
Il sistema di certificazione è stato approvato nel 2022. Sono attualmente in corso la diffusione dello strumento e l’utilizzo del sistema di certificazione.
