Perchè ci interessa
La riforma interessa dal momento che molti Ets operano sia per l’advocacy che per l’attivazione di servizi in favore delle persone disabili.
La Misura è volta a introdurre un sistema organico di interventi in favore degli anziani non autosufficienti.
Come è migliorabile
Al fine di garantire un’effettiva realizzazione della Misura, occorrerebbe stimolare e praticare il dialogo e l’integrazione tra il mondo sociale e quello sanitario.
Il Forum del Terzo settore è tra i fondatori del Patto per un nuovo welfare sulla non autosufficienza, teso a svolgere studi e presentare proposte al riguardo.
Cosa può fare un ets
Il percorso è prettamente normativo.
Gli Ets e la loro rappresentanza sono chiamati a vigilare affinché le competenze e le esperienze maturate dagli Ets in questo ambito siano prese in considerazione e valorizzate.
Come sta andando
Il 19 gennaio 2023 il Consiglio dei Ministri ha approvato il disegno di legge delega sulla riforma dell’assistenza agli anziani non autosufficienti.
I decreti legislativi attuativi dovranno essere adottati entro 12 mesi dall’entrata in vigore della legge delega e non oltre il 31 marzo 2024.
