Perchè ci interessa
La riforma ha l’obiettivo di introdurre un’ampia e integrata riforma delle politiche attive del lavoro e della formazione professionale, supportando i percorsi di riqualificazione professionale e di reinserimento di lavoratori in transizione e disoccupati (percettori del Reddito di Cittadinanza, NASPI e CIGS), nonché definendo, in stretto coordinamento con le Regioni, livelli essenziali di attività formative per le categorie più vulnerabili.
Cosa può fare un ets
Il percorso è prettamente normativo.
Gli Ets e la loro rappresentanza sono chiamati a vigilare affinché le competenze e le esperienze maturate dagli Ets nell’inserimento lavorativo di persone vulnerabili siano prese in considerazione e valorizzate.
Come sta andando
Con decreto del Ministro del lavoro e delle politiche sociali 5 novembre 2021 è stato adottato il Programma “Garanzia di occupabilità dei lavoratori” (GOL).
Le modalità attuative a livello territoriale sono state definite in Piani di attuazione regionali (PAR), adottati dalle Regioni e Province autonome e approvati dall’ANPAL, sostanzialmente nel primo trimestre del 2022.
Le procedure per l’assessment e i nuovi standard per i livelli essenziali delle prestazioni sono stati definiti con la delibera n. 5 del Commissario straordinario dell’ANPAL il 9 maggio 2022.
