Perchè ci interessa
Attualmente sono previste oltre 600 agevolazioni fiscali: di queste, circa 50 riguardano direttamente o indirettamente anche enti non profit (es. IRAP, deduzioni o detrazioni in caso di erogazioni liberali etc.).
Nell’ambito di un più generale e organico intervento di riforma degli strumenti di revisione della spesa pubblica, la Misura è suscettibile di interessare diversi profili fiscali di rilevanza per il Terzo settore.
Cosa può fare un ets
Il percorso è prettamente normativo.
Gli Ets e la loro rappresentanza sono chiamati a vigilare affinché la riforma non rechi danno al Terzo settore.
Come sta andando
Al momento sono stati adottati gli obiettivi di risparmio 2023-25; sono state studiate le metodologie per valutarne le pratiche di elaborazione e attuazione dei piani di risparmio; sono stati definiti gli orientamenti per tutte le amministrazioni pubbliche.
