Perchè ci interessa
La riforma interessa dal momento che molti Ets operano sia per l’advocacy che per l’attivazione di servizi in favore delle persone disabili.
La misura prevede la realizzazione di una riforma della normativa sulle disabilità, nell’ottica della de-istituzionalizzazione e della promozione dell’autonomia delle persone con disabilità.

E’ possibile intervenire in sede di stesura e adozione dei decreti legislativi attuativi della Riforma.
Cosa può fare un ets
Il percorso è prettamente normativo. Gli Ets e la loro rappresentanza sono dunque chiamati a vigilare e garantire che le competenze ed esperienze da loro maturate in questo settore siano prese in considerazione e valorizzate adeguatamente.
Come sta andando
La l. 22 dicembre 2021, n. 227 “Delega al Governo in materia di disabilità“ è stata pubblicata in G.U. il 31 dicembre 2021.
Entro il 30 giugno 2024 devono essere adottati i decreti legislativi attuativi.
