Perchè ci interessa
La misura interessa in quanto intende realizzare 400 strutture sanitarie territoriali, rivolte a pazienti che, a seguito di un episodio di acuzie minore o per la riacutizzazione di patologie croniche, hanno bisogno di interventi sanitari a bassa intensità clinica potenzialmente erogabili a domicilio, ma che necessitano di assistenza e sorveglianza sanitaria infermieristica continuativa, anche notturna, non erogabile a domicilio o in mancanza di idoneità del domicilio stesso (strutturale o familiare).

La misura è migliorabile valorizzando l’integrazione socio-assistenziale e, in questo, il ruolo degli Ets.

L’Ets può condividere con la pubblica amministrazione interessata l’individuazione dei percorsi e delle iniziative da intraprendere, la programmazione e la realizzazione degli interventi volti a realizzare la misura.

Il 5 aprile 2022 è stato pubblicato il decreto del Ministro della salute di approvazione dello schema di contratto istituzionale di sviluppo (CIS).
